This contract focuses on STEM, ICT, Engineering and Life Sciences facilities at 4 Technological Universities in various locations around Ireland. The buildings are being delivered by Public Private Partnership (PPP).

They are located in the Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) Tallaght; Munster Technological University (MTU) campuses in Cork and Tralee, and in the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT), Dún Laoghaire.

When all four six buildings are completed, they will comprise circa 38,060m2 of additional building space at the campuses and will cater for 5,147 additional student places. All four buildings are targeting a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
