This large scale scheme forms Phase One of the strategic development of council owned lands within the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), South Dublin.

This landmark project will deliver 284 new homes, comprising 150 houses, 16 duplex apartments, and 118 apartments across a mix of one to five storey buildings. The development includes new community facilities and three large landscaped open spaces, designed to enhance quality of life and promote community wellbeing.
